Speed & Jump Clinic
Have coach Sammy Jo come work with your team, club, or coaches! Each Speed & Jump Clinic is 2 hours long and includes specialized drills, technique work, skill development, and educational tips & tricks.
Clinics have a base rate of $250 and are tailored to the group.

Train to be the best with individualized coaching that matches your needs.
From working with clients with a rare ataxia to NFL athletes, Sammy Jo has you covered.
Sessions are customized to you and your goals. All clients will receive a free assessment upon signing up.

College Ready
Get college ready with an all inclusive program. This includes 1-3 in-person sessions/week, personalized program to follow on the Drip app, and nutrition coaching.
This program is designed to give athletes a taste of what training will be like at the collegiate level.
