This is a 12 week program great for those just getting into lifting weights. You will need access to a gym with standard equipment (lifting rack, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebell, jump boxs)

 

There will be 3 Phases of 4 Weeks. Each phase will have 2 weight lifting days, plus 3 days of accessory/injury prevention work.

 

Can choose to add on speed & conditioning (great for ANY athlete that competes in an explosive sport) or speed & jumping (great for track and field jumpers)
