This is a 12 week program great for those with an extensive lifting background. Will need experience with oylmpic lifts and other explosive movements. This program is great for athletes in college. You will need access to a gym with standard equipment (lifting rack, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebell, jump boxs)
There will be 3 Phases of 4 Weeks. Each phase will have 3 weight lifting days, plus days of accessory/injury prevention work.
Can choose to add on speed & conditioning (great for ANY athlete that competes in an explosive sport) or speed & jumping (great for track and field jumpers)
