Get ready to lean and tone your body during this 12 week program.


You will have 4 phases that each last 3 weeks, Recovery & Mobility throughout, and Habits scheduled in to set you up for success. 


Each phase has a science based approach to helping you shed fat and build lean muscle.


Phase 1 will focus on building endurance before intensity. Expect longer distances with a slower pace.


Phase 2 will focus on adding in some more light weight days but still keeping the longer distances.


Phase 3 will start to shorten those distances and begin to add some intensity. Expect to see an increase in weights being used.


Phase 4 is going to be more intense. Shorter distances with intensity. This phase will have more weights used.
