Welcome to Summer Shred Challenge 2023!!


The temp isn't the only thing heating up this summer! We are going to get sweaty burning some major calories with this fat shredding challenge.


This is a 4 week challenge designed to get you shredded! You will need dumbbells, kettlebells, an elevated surface (think step, bench, box, etc.) and some running space for this program.



-10 points for daily workout

-2 points daily for posting a picture to social media and TAGGING @drip_by_sammyjo

-2 Points for healthy habits completed

-Bonus point opportunities



-Workouts can only be compelted at any point. If you miss you can make it up

-All bonus point opportunities must be completed on the day they are posted
