Welome to Melt!


This challenge is designed to melt away all those excess winter layers and step into spring the right way.


This challenge will be half cardio half weights. Great for all levels as you can adjust speeds and weights.


There will be a live Leader Board that updates challengers points as they complete daily tasks with the ability to earn bonus points along they way. 


Point System:

-7 Points: Cardio Workout

-7 Points: Lifting Workout

-2 Points: 60g Protein Daily 

-2 Points: 10,000 Daily Steps

-2 Points: No Alcohol 

-10 Points: Hit Every Day of Workouts Each Week



**You will need access to dumbbells, kettlebells, treadmill, elevated surface (think step ups, hip raises, etc.) and a yoga mat.


  • No refunds will be given. 

    Can cancel anytime. Will be removed immediately after cancellation

    No prorated amoun will be given if cancelling before end date.
