Home Grown is a 4 week program that can be done from home!

 

You will need a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells as well as a mini loop band.

 

Workouts will be scheduled Monday - Friday but clients are welcome to move workouts to days that work best for them. 

 

Each day has a focus on different muslce groups plus abs. After each workout clients will be able to record weights used, leave comments for their trainer, and rate the percieved effort.
