Welcome to the most integrated Drip Challenge to date!! This is a 4 week gym challenged designed to build muscle and get FIT💪💪 You’ll have the ability to get 20 points per day.

 

 

This challenge is perfect for after the holidays. You will have routine and habits to increase productivity and gain more points!

 

 

You will need a gym with full equipment (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, treadmill, mini loop band etc.) to complete this one.

 

 

Point System:

-10pt Workout

-2pt Protien (80g+) Daily

-2pt 10,000 Steps

-2pt Drink 1/2 BW in Fl. Oz.

-2pt Stretching (5min)

-2pt No Alcoholic Beverage or Soda
