Welcome to the most integrated Drip Challenge to date!! This is a 4 week gym challenged designed to build muscle and get FIT💪💪 You’ll have the ability to get 25 points per day.



This challenge is perfect for after the holidays. You will have routine and habits to increase productivity and gains more points!



You will need a gym with full equipment (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, treadmill etc.) to complete this one.



Point System:

-10pt Workout

-5pt Protien (20g) Every Meal

-2pt 10,000 Steps

-2pt Drink Gallon Water

-2pt Stretching (5min)

-2pt No Alcoholic Beverage

-2pt IG Post
