Join the 4th Annual 25 Days of Dripmas Fitness Challenge. 

 

This Challenge consists of 25  back to back days of Dumbbell Only Workouts all lasting 25 minutes.

 

Workouts will alternate between upper body and lower body days and count for 10 points in the challenge. Along with workouts, daily habits will also be included counting for 2 points.

 

For this challenge, all workouts must be completed before December 25 at 11:59pm.
