Service Description

Drip workouts are built by an elite athlete, designed for the athlete in you.  This isn't your average class where you come in and do the same sort of outline with different exercises. Each week is designed like a program vs. oridnary workouts. This means that Drip gets results FASTER. The outlines and exercises used are ever changing to challenge you and keep things fresh. Each week has 3 Strength oriented days where we will be banging out some weights and improving strength. 1 Cardio day where we work on short sprints and  other HIIT style movements to help recover the body from weight lifitng and burn fat. Lastly, there is is one Combination Day where we really Drip and combine our weights with cardio.  Strength Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Cardio Days: Thursday  Combination Days: Tuesday
