It's time to grow that pumpkin patch baby!!! SQUATober is a 4 week challenge that will begin on Monday, October 2 and conclude Friday, October 27.

 

This challenge will consist of a daily booty building workout that is worth 10 points. Along with a daily workout you will also have a short mobility circuit worth 1 point and quick cardio worth 2 points. This allows each person to earn 13 daily points. 

 

Ready for some deadly gains!?!? SWOLEtober is a 4 week challenge that wil begin Monday, October 2 and conclude Friday October 27. 

 

This challenge will consist of a daily upper body building workout that is worth 10 points. Along iwth a daily workout you will aslo habe a short mobility circuit worth 1 point and quick cardio (didn't think I would completely let you get away with no lower body movements did you?) worht 2 points. This allows each person to earn 13 points daily. 

 

Now, now, now....there is a small twist. You are able to go back and make up a workout if missed BUT ONLY UP UNTIL SUNDAY. On Sunday, all previous workouts during the week will disappear (and go to the grave yard) and those points will not be able to be made up.

 

Points will be counted throughout the workout and posted in the Group Chat so challengers know where they stand in the competition. 

 

SQUATober has an option of Bodyweight verison while the SWOLEtober is only offered for a gym program. All 3 versions of the challenge will go head to head against one another.
