This is a 24 week program designed to improve strength and power and overall a make you a more well rounded athlete. 


Athlete Intermediate is great for athletes that already have a background in lifting and can comfortably perform lifts using a barbell and lifting rack. You will need access to a fully equipped gym for this.


There will be 6 phases of 4 weeks. Each phase will introduce two new lifts and 3 new core workouts. Along with this there will also be injury prevention and recovery scheduled throughout the week.
