This is a 4 week program designed to improve strength and power and overall a make you a more well rounded athlete. 

 

Athlete Intermediate is great for athletes that already have a background in lifting and can comfortably perform lifts using a barbell and lifting rack. You will need access to a fully equipped gym for this.

 

There will be 1 phases of 4 weeks. This phase will introduce two lifts and 3 core workouts.

 

Injury prevention and recovery are also scheduled throughout the week.
