This is a 16 week program great for those just getting into lifting weights. We will use Dumbbells, Mini-Loop Bands, Large Loop Bands, Benches, Steps, and a Yoga Ball throughout this series.


There will be 4 Phases of 4 Weeks each. Each Phase will introduce two new lifts and 3 new core workouts.


Along with the workouts there will also be injury prevention and recovery
