Drip workouts are built by an elite athlete, designed for the athlete in you. 

 

This isn't your average class where you come in and complete the same outline every day with different exercises. Each week is designed like a program vs. ordinary workouts.The outlines and exercises used are ever changing to challenge you, keep things fresh and GET RESULTS FASTER.

 

Each week has 3 Strength oriented days incorporating weights and different lifts. 1 Cardio day comprised of short sprints and  other HIIT style movements to burn fat and help recover from weights. Lastly, there is is one Combination day combining weights with cardio to really make you Drip

 

Strength Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Cardio Days: Thursday 

Combination Days: Tuesday

Booty Burnout: Saturday (when scheduled)

Times:

Monday - Thursday: 5am, 6am, 5pm

Friday: 5am, 6am

Saturday (when scheduled): 10am
